Wii Fit
I recently picked up my copy of Wii Fit, and so far, it's pretty cool.
Despite the games physical base, even the most non-athletic and/or hardcore gamers can find lots of fun in this game.
When you first boot the game up, you get your first weight measurement, though this can be inaccurate if you are very muscular, as muscles weigh more than fat. Anyways, after you weigh in you get classified in one of 4 categories: Obese, Overweight, Normal, and Underweight. After you see your category, you get to look at your BMI and weight. After you see those numbers, you get to set a weight loss or goal plan.
After you do this, you get to pick your exercises. They all start out pretty slow and easy, and depending on how well you do, the game gives you helpful tips and gives suggestions to strengthen all parts of your body.

I love my exercise wii too

The productivity of anything comes into play when it can be used in a wide range by a so many people. Here Wii does that job by ensuring that it can be played by even the most non athletic players. The game, as we know has its basis on a physical arena yet still people irrespective of their physique can play it and in my opinion I think that’s what makes this game so much popular and widely loved!
